I offer Integral Coaching, and specialize in psycho-somatic awareness and communication. I have a certificate as an Integral Coach in the professional coaching course program (PCC) presented by New Ventures West. I am also a SE-Practitioner, with a certification from the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute. SE is a therapeutic modality that focus on the release and resolution of symptoms arising from traumatic stress. Combine these modalities, additional trainings from multiple body oriented workshops, and 20+ years of experience and you will experience my unique coaching style.
