About

Eva has been in the field of personal development and coaching for 20+ years. In 1990, she started her journey in Self-Awareness and integral Healing.

She has used a multitude of avenues to develop her own Body-Mind connectedness and wisdom. Worth mention are experiences with Psychotherapy, Kinesiology, Glandular Therapy, Energy work, Acupuncture, Mother-wave Breath-Body work, BAMM (Bay Area Mugging Model), Beyond Hunger Workshops, Non-Violence Communication workshops, 12 steps-programs, Amanae, Open Space Technology, and the Hoffman Quadrinity Process. Her experiences have created a wonderful mixture of awareness and expertise, integrated into her coaching style. She relates quite well with clients who suffer from early childhood trauma, domestic violence, psycho-somatic body pain, anxiety and internal stress, and addictions of all kinds.

Eva started a coaching business in 1995. In the beginning she worked mostly with addictions and abuse. After graduating from New Ventures West coaching school in 2002, she also included Integral Coaching for private and professional individuals who seek success and balance in their lives.

She has a Professional Coaching Course (PCC) Certification from New Ventures West. The PCC is an Accredited Coach Training Program through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a SE-Practitioner, with a certification from the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute.

As a significant addition to her practice, Eva is also a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP). SE is a therapeutic modality focusing on the resolution of symptoms arising from traumatic stress. This work is founded on the research and clinical explications offered by Dr. Peter Levine, creator of SE, and the author of the books Waking the Tiger, and In an Unspoken Voice, which explains its foundations. Somatic Experiencing® offers unique insight into biological processes that support or disrupt the freedom of attention necessary to achieve our life goals. While often used as a therapeutic model for the resolution of trauma, these insights and related tools can also be used to increase performance, well-being and the freedom of attention.
